How to get Symply Quit:
The Symply Quit app is available to anyone from the various app stores. Search for “Symply Quit”. However, to run the full program, to learn new ways to deal with the urge to smoke you will need to obtain login information from your employer or health plan. Many organizations sponsor the full Symply Quit program as part of their benefits package or tobacco cessation program.

How does it work?
Symply Quit delivers an 8 day program that is completed before your quit day and you get several months of support beyond your quit date to help you succeed. Symply Quit uses an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach to quitting that is different from other programs.
Before you quit: It starts with a plan! Using the app, you will create a personal quit plan. Each day for 8 days you will unlock a new exercise that teaches you a new way to think about your urges or cravings. At first, you are asked to become aware of your urges to smoke. Later, you’ll learn and practice new ways to think about those urges so that you notice the urge to smoke without acting on it. Practice these skills before you quit for best results. The app will continue to support your efforts with customized messages, tips and tools through your quit day and beyond.
